About the role:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Technology Leader to lead our product and technology teams. The ideal candidate should have risen up the ranks from being a hands-on engineer to a leader, capable of envisaging business requirement end to end and translating it into scalable, future ready technical tools.

Responsibilities:

Technology Strategy and Vision:

- Work closely with executives to shape and execute the technology strategy aligned with overall business objectives.

- Drive the long-term vision for technology to support the company's growth.

- Collaborate with the leadership team to define and manage the technology budget.

Data Science and Analytics:

- Lead data science initiatives to derive actionable insights from data.

- Implement data-driven decision-making processes and contribute to business intelligence.

Technology Infrastructure and Architecture:

- Oversee the design and maintenance of scalable, secure, and reliable technology infrastructure.

- Ensure that technology architecture supports current and future business needs.

User-Centric Design and Development:

- Champion a user-centric approach in the design and development process, ensuring that technology solutions meet and exceed customer expectations.

- Implement best practices in user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design.

Team Leadership:

- Build and lead a high-performing technology team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Collaboration with Leadership:

- Work closely with the executive leadership team to align technology initiatives with overall business strategy.

- Provide regular updates on technology-related matters and contribute to strategic decision making.

Qualification:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Proven experience in a senior technology leadership role, preferably in a B2C startup or fastpaced environment.

- Strong understanding of consumer behavior, market trends, and digital product development.

- Hands-on experience with software development, architecture design, and cloud technologies.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
