- The Senior inside sales executive will focus on cold reach-outs to potential clients and provide prospective customers/clients insight on all Company Name services on offer.
Must be energetic, well-spoken, and eager to generate well-qualified leads that have high conversion probability.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Researching potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources as per defined Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
- Maintain the database and activity history in the CRM - Responsible for Qualified lead generation through online (cold calling/Email/Webinars) from the North America/Europe/ANZ market Ability to plan and schedule appointments/meetings with the CXO level contacts - Maintain relationships with Key contacts in
- Prospective customer organizations for new opportunities
- Presenting and delivering information to potential clients - Answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions Focused target and follow-up with a set of assigned account or database
- A team player, someone comfortable in a highly collaborative, team- oriented culture.
- Tracking weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics.
- Excellent time management skills
- Apart from your own pipeline building, you will also train & manage a team of Business Development Executives and help them with their targeting and positive interests generated as well
Must have:
- Cold reach out experience
- Good communication skills
- Experience in offshore software development services sales
- Experience with leads research tools like sales navigator etc.
Experience & Education :
- Persuasive and goal-oriented Excellent research skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and CRM experience preferred
- Tenacity to handle rejection and continue with a positive attitude when reaching next potential client
