Job Description:  Award winning Fintech startup is looking for a product manager, in Bangalore.  The right candidate is a strategic thinker who is extremely analytical and detail oriented and also great at multitasking and prioritizing.  As a B2C product manager, he/she will take end to end ownership of our products (Mobile - Android, IOS, web), identify market requirements, define the product vision, create preliminary design concepts and drive the implementation of the product road-map.  Key Areas of Responsibility :  - Analyze the effectiveness of the current features and define ways to acquire, engage and monetize users based on analytics data and good understanding of customer needs.  - Work closely with the design & development teams to explain requirements of new features and change requests for current features.  - Closely manage rollout of all product requirements with focus on both quality and time to market.  - Setup, develop and roll-out structured learning experiments through A/B tests, surveys, user interviews for developing and testing hypothesis for product features & messaging.  - In charge of competitor analysis, market analysis, product analysis, business cases, product evolution, feature prioritization, high level requirement gathering, and product marketing.  - Understand the rapidly evolving technology and business trends in Indian financial services(aadhaar, India Stack, UPI) and regulatory environment (Mutual fund distribution, KYC etc) and spot opportunities for creating unique and differentiated products.  Desired Candidate :  - 3 -5 years of Product Management experience working in the internet economy  - Should have hands on experience of building and managing mobile and web products  - Understanding of financial products and fintech landscape is a plus  - Should have solid understanding of web/app ecosystem.   - Should have a great design sense.  - Works well under pressure has the ability to work within stringent timelines and to collaborate across departments to achieve results.  - Must be a true problem solver with outstanding skills in discovery techniques and the proven ability to translate the underlying business needs of requests into actionable items.  - Demonstrated ability to effectively establish and maintain working relationships with all levels of the organization.  - A passion to solve user problems in financial services space  Qualifications :  - B.E./B.Tech a must  - MBA from premier institutes is preferred  What is at offer:  Top of the line remuneration.  Come be a part of our growing team if excellent work culture and opportunities to do challenging work excite you.
