An award-winning fin-tech startup is looking for a team member for their Business Development team who will work closely with the Head of Strategic Alliances & Partnerships.   Summary/Objective :  The Manager- Partnerships is responsible for representing the organization at client sites. He/she will make sure that the organizational footprint in the market is prominent and in turn generate sale and revenue by utilizing excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products & services.  Key Responsibilities :  1. Establishing and supporting various channels of customer outreach for the company, such as corporate partnerships and bank partnerships.  2. He/she will have responsibility for achieving sales targets from these channels  3. Managing the administrative activities (20%-30%) related to marketing such as document collection, coordination with head-office of various clients/banks   4. He/she will work closely with the head of strategic alliances and partnerships to ensure that the organization is well represented in all client branches.  5. Maintaining strong working relationships with the client representatives to ensure the products and services of the organization are marketed and sold optimally  6. Should be proactive in planning, organizing and implementing promotional activities in various client sites  7. Should function as point of contact for conflict resolution, customer support and ensure that the queries are resolved in a timely and professional manner  8. He/she will work closely with the customer support team and engineering team to ensure a smooth customer experience.  9. Should keep abreast with latest developments in the organization's products and services.  Education:  Graduate in commerce / MBA in marketing/Finance  Skills/Competencies :  1. Seamless Communication in English, Hindi and Regional/local language(must)  2. Knowledge of Mutual Funds, Equity, Debt Markets  3. Customer/Client Focus  4. Decision Making  5. Networking skills & ability to build long-term professional relationships  Experience :  1. 2-7 Years of Experience in B2C sales/business development or relationship management  2. Professionals having sales/marketing experience in financial services like bancassurance channel of an insurance company, corporate sales team in a bank, franchise management in a broker/distributor will be given priority.  3. Candidates with record of outperforming sales/revenue targets will be given prominence  4. An ideal candidate will also come with experience of marketing and sell financial products such as Mutual Funds, Equity, and Debt Markets.   Job Specifications: This is a full-time position.
