Manager/Sr Manager/DGM- Process excellence-Healthcare(Payerside) -Chennai (10-15 yrs) 1. Define, lead, manage and execute Six Sigma project initiatives for FSL clients to identify, innovate and implement process reengineering requirements to improve operational efficiencies 2. Provide Analytical Support to Management. 3. Drive High priority initiatives specifically in Telecom &amp; Media and BFSI space 4. Provide deep domain expertise on Telecom products and processes 5. Provide Process Consultancy &amp; Monitor Process Compliance 6. Understand and evaluate business ideas and facilitate translating it to Business Requirements and Functional Requirements document using appropriate tools and formats 7. Create the link between business and technology teams - facilitate developer and tester understanding of business requirements. Work with development teams, other analysts and business stakeholder to derive technical/functional requirements, maintaining traceability with original business requirements. 8. Should be able to create clear requirements elicitation documents which will help to structure the thinking of project stakeholders to get to the true requirements/design that will drive business benefit 9. Should be able to assist in the prioritization of various requirements and their scheduling for delivery, ensuring business alignment. 10.Utilize a data driven approach to problem solving to identify opportunities for improvement within the organization 11. Deliver Six Sigma training (Black/Green/Yellow Belts) as per plan 12. Mentor and instruct Yellow Belt and Green Belt candidates 13. Promote Six Sigma approach across all levels of the operations 14. Support deployment of organizational quality framework viz COPC, QMS 15. Provide support to Management on Business Development related activities 16. Manage and execute as per plan key cross functional cross geography organizational initiatives
