POSITION PURPOSE
Spearheading the overall Pre-Sales activities for prospects and clients .The role also demands managing a team and taking overall ownership of all pre-sales requirements ensuring that the data desired by prospects and clients are provided by the team as per the specifications
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES
- To set (and refine) winning Solution strategy in line prospects and client's (evolving) requirements, creating profitable and deliverable solutions
- Developing and maintaining a strong repository of data with all relevant information for repeatable use in meeting pre-sales requirements.
- Establishing SOPs for client interactions with an aim to improve the standard of interactions for both RFP/RFI responses as well as client visit management.
- To ensure timely and high quality responses to RFI/RFPs
- Coordinate / facilitate prospects and clients- visits across geographies and interact with prospects and clients and ensuring a - positive client experience- .
- To provide sales support through case studies, i-Proffer, Prism, Presentation Builder
- Maintaining up-to-date Company information as per data required by prospects/clients
- To build / identify support materials for better responses and presentations
- Providing data and information flow as per external agency requirements (Eg. Surveys, Reports)
- To generate analytics from various reports (VOC/POD etc)from the team to facilitate decision making process
- To allocate assignments according to optimum resource deployment
- To supervise coaching initiatives by Managers for their respective teams.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS (ESSENTIAL)
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Good knowledge of the product and process.
- Regular updated information on the latest trends in the industry and the market in general.
- Good analytical skills
- Good leadership, people management and decision making ability.
- Previous exposure to off shoring / out sourcing within other commercial areas.
EDUCATIONAL / PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS (ESSESNTIAL/DESIRED)
- Post Graduate in Business Administration with specialization in Marketing.
- 10 + years of experience.
- Previous marketing and commercial experience
