Role Description: - The Manager - Human Resources (PMS; Employee Engagement; Employee Relations and Talent Management) will be responsible for implementing; monitoring and ensuring adherence to various key business strategies and initiatives. - Will also be responsible for ensuring implementation of Performance Management System; periodical Review of Performance; Review of Compensation & Benefits; managing cordial Employee Relations; Designing Rolling out Employee Engagement Initiatives to motivate Employees. Shall also be responsible for devising and implementing appropriate HR policies and procedures. for the Company. Will work very closely with Group CHRO for implementing all Group and Company specific HR strategies; planning goals and objectives; budgets. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Performance Planning; Goal Setting and Periodical Review - In consultation with concerned Heads of the Department; Business Heads identify SMART goals and objectives aligning with the Organizational Goals and Objectives. - Ensure the KRA planning is completed as per the set timelines; and signed off with all eligible employees and the records are available in the employee personal files. - Provide all support to Staff in completing the performance planning; review process effectively and as per process guidelines. - Handle all the day to day appraisal related queries. - Ensure timely review of performance and finalizing the salary revision; fixing compensation and benefits; review of promotions; internal transfers / movements etc. - Develop methods for data analysis methodologies, and periodical reviews and management reporting. - Develop methods of measuring if performance management aligns with organizational goals. Create definitions of desired individual or group performance. - To support specific performance improvement initiatives i.e. through the implementation of an appropriate behavioral competency framework and feedback process. - To identify opportunities for performance improvement through, undertaking internal diagnosis, process / system reviews in order to understand barriers and possible solutions; conducting external research into good practice and new ideas. Employee Relations and Employee Engagement - Create and implement Employee Engagement and Motivation programs at work that connects Employees with business goals and support creating cordial Employee Relations at Work. - Conceptualize; Develop and implement team-building exercises and workshops for bettering the team work; collaborative and cooperative work-culture at all Centers; Departments and Corporate Office. - Should be able to anticipate human resource issues, concerns, and needs based on business strategies both internal and external. - Conceptualize employee relations strategy to promote productive dialogue with internal and external stakeholders to lead our commitment towards superior constructive employee relations. - Facilitate the local employee relations with employees and their representatives and ensure that the superior employee relations become a competitive advantage for the company. - Work in close association with the Business Leaders to evaluate the current productivity levels of Sales and Operations Staff and provide timely information and methods to enhance productivity. - Support buddy, supervisors, employee and trainers in the career development of all assigned personnel by providing guidance on career plans, coaching, identifying training areas from PMS records. - Oversee and Manage personnel and employee relations issues and provide guidance and intervention, as needed, to resolve personnel issues. - Facilitate periodical one-on-one meets with employees for promoting bottom-up communication process and input practice leaders on the outcome of the meetings and design succession planning. - Oversee timely administration of Rewards; Recognition Programs; Compensation & Benefits to all employees. Human Resources Policies & Procedures - Be connected with management to identify specific work situations requiring Employees to understand and familiarize with changes in policies, procedures, regulations, and technologies. - Update and Implement all HR procedures as per existing policy and help measuring the effectiveness of policy adherence and implementation. - Study, evaluate and provide insights and suggestions for improving Incentive Plans for enhancing the productivity and morale and motivation of Employees. Key Requirements - Qualification & Experience - Masters in Business Administration specializing in Human Resources (MBA - HR) - Should have 8 to 12 years of experience in HR preferably from a retail industry - Should have exceptional skills in Performance Management; Employee Engagement; Employee Relations - Hands-on experience in the field of Goal Setting; Reviews and Compliances - Must be well equipped with MS office utilities and tools. Key Requirements - Skills & Competencies: - Ensure required compliances under all applicable laws for all offices located in various locations. - Oversee General Administration function including security; housekeeping; office upkeep; AMCs; Contracts; etc. - Work very closely with Group CHRO for implementing all Group HR Policies and Processes effectively. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Hands-on Computer literacy with high level of analytical and conceptual skills - Excellent skills in people processes and people strategies. - Knowledge of modern concepts like Lean, Balanced Scorecard, Competency mapping etc. - Proficient Leadership Skills
