DIB Manager should have experience in driving the entire gamut of executing DIBE programs. Plays a key role in the Organization and drives organizational Initiatives and ensure that it meets the organizational objectives.

Key responsibilities:
1. Work with the head of DIBE understand the strategy & goals for DIB at the corporate level, identify interventions and create an action plan for execution.
2. Partner with the HRBP and BU DIBE Council to Communicate the strategy and action plan and ensure implementation.
3. Manage and track budget and resources for DIBE
4. Track and Report out the corporate DIBE deliverables and outcomes
5. Connect with consultants and specialists in DIBE to align industry best practices for FAI.
6. Research & Identify industry benchmarks for DIBE and ensure practices at FAI are aligned. Ensure FAI participates in the industry benchmark.
7. Take a holistic data driven approach Analyze relevant data , identify gaps and present recommendations / interventions.
8. Implement a systems approach for the interventions
9. Define and execute a strong communications plan (internal and external)
10. Review firm wide policies and practices to leverage the DIBE goals and ensure and inclusive culture
11. Ensure compliance with statutory regulations for DIBE
13. Create a Brand of DIBE (Internal / External)
14. Work closely with DIBE Head & Onshore teams to align and drive accordingly
Educational Qualification and Experience:
Experience Range:
- 10 years and above along with experience in developing and executing DIBE programs
Education: Bachelors or Masters degree
