FIRE Capital Group - Senior Analyst/Associate - Financial Modelling - Real Estate Investments

Candidates having experience of 3-5 years in area of Financial modelling, investor presentation & reporting, pitch book preparation, valuation spreadsheets, product-market study, analysing market trends for Real Estate projects. Candidates having experience with IPCs, I- Bank, Consulting firms with direct Real Estate Experience would be preferred. Financial Analysis and creation of detailed financial modelling for real estate investments

- Post investment financial tracking

- Prepare investment committee presentation, Pitch Books

- Assist in Transaction Structuring

- Assist in Commercial and Legal Due Diligence

- Maintaining a relevant network for market intelligence

- Interacting with investment bankers, IPCs, local brokers and potential companies or resources for sourcing & maintaining appropriate deal flow

- Meeting with sellers / landowners

- Working closely with Executive Director and sellers / JV partners to negotiate, structure and close transactions

- Liaising with external consultants and agencies for carrying out legal and financial diligence
