Summary/Objective: This is an individual contributor role wherein the role holder will be working closely with the Digital Marketing team, engaging himself/herself in solving real-world business problems by looking deep into data. Responsibilities : - Analyze marketing funnels on regular basis and customer intent for conversions - Identify key metrics to track campaign and funnel performance. - Track &amp; Implement the communication strategies by using communication tools for email campaigns, SMS campaigns &amp; Push campaigns (delivery, open, click-through rates &amp; Conversion) and bring best out of the tools - Monitor right communication channel for the conversions &amp; improve communication channel's performance - Work closely with sales teams to identify new opportunities Requirements : - 1-2 years of work experience as a Marketing Analyst - Advanced knowledge of MS Excel - Analytical abilities - Should have Customer-oriented approach - Should have exposure in implementing communication activities
