More information at fintso.com Key Responsibilities : - Understand business and customer needs and gaps and translate the same into well-articulated development requirements - Understand multiple use cases and write complex user stories and workflows often from technical integration documents shared by various fintech partners - Drive product team processes (Agile/Scrum) and manage expectations and track roadmap regularly; prioritize development/rollout of features and products based on market/internal feedback - Work closely with the business team, user experience specialists, Engineers and QAs to translate the requirements into live products - Constantly monitor the market for competing products/solutions and ensure that Fintsos offerings continue to be the most innovative in the market What you need to have : - Worked in technical roles at some point in your career and enjoyed them - 3+ years of relevant experience; preferably an MBA from a reputed institute with an Engineering degree - Proficient with articulating and defining product specifications, user journeys, multiple use cases and edge cases - Experience in working with storyboarding tools (JIRA), wireframing tools, data mapping (SQL) tools, etc - An eye for detail - Experience in BFSI industry is a plus
