Summary:
This is a Startup role, Candidate will be working closely with the Founder. The role will require multi-domain expertise ranging from Digital Media, Technology, Finance and Student Psychology.
Key Deliverables:
1. Designing a Journey for Lead Management / Design and Implementation of In-house CRM
2. Answering Inbound Calls and Building a Team for Call Management - Designing an Incentive Structure for the Team
3. Designing and Implementing Cross Selling Strategies
4. Designing Content Development Strategies
5. Post Sales Support and Experience Management
6. Building Startegies for Improving Student Retention rates including tech deployment such Bots etc
7. Social Listening and Feedback Management
Experience: 2 to 5 years, EdTech Experience Preferred
Qualification :
1. MBA from Tier- I Institutes, Lead Management / Conversion experience is a must
2. Well read
