Fintellix - Manager - Sales - BFSI Vertical

At Fintellix, our focus is Compliance, Risk & Analytics Solutions for Banking to extract business value hidden in data across & beyond the Banking enterprise. Fintellix's solutions leverage the latest in Analytics, Data Sciences & Information Management technology embedding Big Data, Mobility & Cloud capabilities.

As part of our growth strategy, this is a key position responsible for achieving Fintellix's Sales objectives in India. Considering the immense potential for expanding the business with New Logos, Fintellix is keen on hiring a dynamic Sales Manager who bring in new business and grow the organization to next level.

Experience Requirements:

- Effective Negotiation skills and proven sales record of successfully closing the deals

- Provide leadership and spearhead Sales & business development initiatives

- Develop Alliances and Partnerships and drive channel sales in the assigned region

- Have built independent P&Ls & client relationships

- You understand the nuances and provide solution alternatives to solve the problem

- You have the perspective to map a client account, the key stakeholders, the opportunities that are present and translate this understanding into business opportunities

- Ability to nurture and grow future business interest

- Hands-on in writing proposals and presentation skills

- You understand the Banking industry arena in a functional and/or technical capacity

- You are self-motivated and enjoy operating & delivering results in an uncertain environment, building clarity & structure along the way

- You have high levels of ownership & enjoy taking responsibility and orchestrating multiple threads to meet the goal/objective

- You have the ability to rally around and involve the right people from multiple organizational pools and provide the leadership to meet the pursuit objectives

- You have very strong communication and presentation skills

- You have a deep people and relationship orientation

- You listen as well as you speak

Other Requirements:

- MBA from a reputed B-school, ideally with an engineering background

- 6 - 8 years of work experience in relevant roles
