Experience Requirements :

- Must be able to clearly understand requirements through available requirement documents & user interactions

- Must be able to elaborate on requirements by probing/ challenging the underlying objectives/needs

- Must be able to think through all the various scenarios/ needs identified

- Must be able to think from requirement completeness perspective and capture unaddressed scenarios/needs

- Must be able to clearly articulate the requirements and document it in way that both the business users as well as solution architects can understand

- Must be able to identify & build test scenarios & test cases

- Hands on exp on SQL will be added advantage.

- Should have supported one UAT lifecycle.

- Must be able to clearly understand internal & client processes and be able to adhere to those processes;

- Must have experienced at least 1 complete project lifecycle.

Other Requirements:

- MBA from a reputed B-school, ideally with an engineering background and some experience working in/with the Banking/BI/Analytics industry.

- 4 to 8 years of work experience in relevant roles.
