Fintech Product Manager

Location- Mumbai

Experience- 4 to 7 years relevant experience

Salary Range- 25 to 40 LPA

As a Fintech Product Manager, you will act develop and execute well-prioritized product roadmaps to achieve Fintech business OKRs.

More specifically, you'll -

- Lead initiatives across Sales, Marketing, Design, Engineering and Operations to ensure effective launch and success of products, services, and initiatives.

- Create, track and measure product + business metrics, and take action to improve results.

- Manage Product Analysts and other team members, maximize productivity of extended team in managing feature backlogs, sprint planning, QA and release, stakeholder communications, change management.

- Lead through influence, to constantly raise the bar on quality of products and systems built.

Who we're looking for

- Bachelors from Tier 1 colleges or equivalent skills through demonstrated experience. MBA is preferred.

- Substantial experience in Product Management.

- Experience in Fintech would be a great added value.

- Good understanding of financial products

- Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel

- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
