Finplex - State Head - Supply Chain Finance

The candidate will be required to lead a team of Assistant Relationship managers across key markets as per locations and developing the Large/Mid-sized Anchor based vendor/ SCF book. He/She will assist the RMs in acquiring NTBs as per our policy and cross sell of other products apart from building a high-quality portfolio of supply chain financing.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Well versed with financial analysis for note preparing and proposing for both anchor & vendor, and getting the case sanctioned from risk.

- Must be thorough with disbursement process (Loan documentation/ legal / valuation, etc.).

- Recruiting, managing and training a team of RMs in their state.

- To facilitate RMs/ SRMs acquire new clients.

- To deepen share of wallet for the acquired portfolio.

- Should have the ability and past experience of putting the case in front of committee for sanction.

- Should have knowledge of the local market where he / she knows the leading large/ Mid Corporate Clients
