- Involvement in key business decisions related to plant operations.

- Plan, monitor, and analyze key metrics for the day-to-day performance of operations to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks.

- Monitor and control overall key commercial aspects of contracts and timely completion the contract renewals including negotiations.

- Analyze current operational processes and performance, recommend solutions for improvement.

- Establish robust process for inventory movement and control. Control inventory levels, supply chain progress, procedural efficiency.

- Prepare detailed cost sheets for all cost elements of the contract manufacturing operations.

- Monitor and control expenses, wastages etc. at plant level and timely reporting of the same to Management.

- Ensure correctness of Bill of Material in SAP.

- Ensure timely closure of plant related expense/ transaction booking on a monthly basis.

- Monitor and report operational KPIs
