Roles and Responsibilities : - Developing trust relationships with a portfolio of partners to ensure continuous engagement - Acquiring a thorough understanding of key partner needs and requirements - Expanding the relationships with existing partners by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives - Serve as the link of communication between key partners and internal teams - Develop a diverse assortment of external partnerships with leading Corporates/Institutions and online businesses that will strategically further the goals of the company by providing brand appreciation, business growth and Alliance originated revenue - Resolve any issues and problems faced by partners and deal with complaints to maintain trust - Play an integral part in generating new partnerships that will turn into long-lasting relationships - Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics Experience & Skills : - Around 4-8 years experience of account management in BFSI/Payment Gateway/ space - Good understanding of Banking and Financial industry/business - Experience in B2B products / services preferred - Excellent Communication/interpersonal and presentation skills - Negotiation Skills and Self motivated & performance driven - Very high level of execution skill - Would prefer Navi Mumbai/Central suburbs and Noida based candidates
