About us :   We should have mentioned the job first, but we like to go against the norms and we are bending a few conventions here as well. If not more, one should know equally about the organization (pseudonym for its people) as about the responsibilities.   The three partners of Finnacle Investment Academy represent 3 different age groups, worked in 5 different countries and have a combined experience of 30 years. Irrespective, our findings are same - education system had and will continue to work at a lag to the real world needs and someone needs to step up to change all that.   We are education crusaders of sorts in the field of Finance and we want to make the next generation self-sufficient (again, pseudonym for rich) and want to be in the same league ourselves. For this, we want a Partner who loves researching and teaching and hates the inefficiencies of the current education system.   Responsibilities :   If you have read the last line above, that is pretty much it. Still to elaborate, we have crafted a four year program that comprise of two of our signature modules, FinBridge and FinExpert. In conjunction to this, a student prepares for all the three levels of CFA, earns two internship opportunities and then chooses a career in Finance of his/her choice.   Key performance indicators :   - For FinBridge and FinExpert, innovate and make it as hands-on and case oriented as humanly possible. For every concept, there has to be a real world event   - For CFA, we have maintained a success ratio of ~90%, which is way above to global average of 43% and we like to keep it that way. Needless to mention, mapping to real world scenario stays imperative   Education :   - CFA (US) all levels cleared or/and MBA from tier I college or/and CA Rank holder   Joining Period :   - 1- 2 months. The shorter, the better.   Compensation :   Partners should get shares and we couldn- t agree more. If you are looking to create your legacy (that needs time and long commitment) and in the process, create a handsome net worth, then only we are worth your attention. In addition to a competitive salary, company will offer ESOPs. Not sure if it matters, but feel free to choose your title as well.
