Who we are looking for : - We're looking for a strategic, highly quantitative, hands-on person to lead &amp; demand generation initiatives. - This role will be accountable for overall inbound &amp; outbound strategy, creating and implementing high-performing lead generation campaigns that will consistently raise awareness and produce high-quality leads for the sales team to ultimately drive customer and revenue growth. - The candidate will be responsible for collaborating with the management team, and others as needed, to develop and create content for various channels. Responsibilities : - Qualifying and disqualifying inbound leads in a high-volume environment using calls, emails, and LinkedIn in mails. - Representing our brand as the first point of contact with C-level executives, decision makers, and influencers. - Building credibility and value in our solution through strategic research and preparation. - Innovating lead generation processes by taking part in executive leadership meetings. - Building and maintaining a 3x rolling pipeline in the Mid-Market business (300 to 3000 employees) - Convert cold calls | emails to warm conversations and opportunities in rapid cycles. - Achieving your target and helping build a system that consistently hits quotas. Requirements : - Experience working at a startup. - Data-driven mindset. - Experience in a fast-paced, lead generation focused B2B technology focused organization. Brownie points if it is a SaaS Company. - Experience in lead generation tools. - An excellent program and project manager with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
