We are looking for a financial controller to run all our finances. You will be responsible for a range of exciting tasks, covering operations in North America, APAC region and beyond. You will report directly to the management. This role will suit someone who wants to learn a great deal and take on a lot of responsibility, and someone who wants to work in a 100+ person rapidly growing global SAAS technology company. Responsibilities : - Preparation of SaaS specific reports - Working with sales teams to determine future revenue and pipeline - Improvement of internal accounting systems and platforms - Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, international subsidiaries, Cost Accounting, and Revenue Recognition - Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances - Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements - Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting - Research technical accounting issues for compliance - Support month-end and year-end close process - Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting - Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings - Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls - Manage the day to day accounting function and build out this team as we scale - Credit control: ensure all invoices are paid on time ensuring automated emails and escalations to calls are timely - Cashflow: Manage payments and cash flow forecasting to optimize and meet regularly with senior management to discuss this - Investigate and understand variances in budgets, forecast and produce revenue forecasting with management - Additional controller duties as necessary Requirements : - Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures - 10+ years of overall combined accounting and finance experience preferably in a SaaS company - Entrepreneurial thinking - Excellent accounting software user and administration skill - CPA or CMA preferred Benefits : - Full-remote working environment - Self-responsible and independent working mode - Multicultural team that values open communication and transparency - Opportunity to work with a team building cutting edge accounting solutions.
