FinFlux is fast-growing fintech, core banking platform which offers digital financial services. We serve banks, non-banking institutions, fintechs and microfinance insitutions across the world. The platform and products are built with deep domain understanding, automated workflows and simplicity. It caters to many use cases and roles such as field officers, credit committee, strategy, fund managers and accountants while keeping borrowers at the center. Safe, secure and simple by design, Finflux offers an all-inclusive subscription model to lower total-cost-of-ownership (TCO).

The Finflux- suite of products enables Banks and financial institutions to leverage technology for improving top-line and bottom-line by cross-selling, optimizing operations and to reduce the overall cost of operations. We have customers in India, in countries in Africa and Asia.

As we expand our implementations footprint across various geographies, we are seeking an enthusiastic full-time Product Manager to join our team.

Who we are looking for :

- You are currently a product manager at a SaaS B2B product company. You have a good understanding of the digital lending space.

- Our customers are constantly re-evaluating our product- weekly, monthly, or yearly. Switching has become easier. And for a PM, differentiation becomes more critical. You are a product manager who can go back to the basics of ensuring that we are solving the right problems to create products that customers love.

- You are able to look at a problem carefully from all angles to pave the right path forward, putting the customer at the center of your decision. Your job as a PM would be to move the business forward by building a product your customers love so much that they recommend it to their network over and over again. A clear goal that impacts business.

- You realize that a team can deliver more value to customers by shipping the first version than by sitting around perfecting it. Cast the vision, build the version. Keep iterating, keep shipping!

- You have a good customer presence, you are not afraid to speak to customer regularly as you develop your road map and iterate on your product and integrate your vision.

- You are collaborative, decisive, use data and metrics to drive your decision frameworks - you use decision frameworks - you love product management and get high when customer love your products.

Responsibilities :

- Define a world-class experience for our customers that bridges online and mobile channels including messaging channels

- Partner with UX research and design teams on user research and testing exercises

- Coordinate and engage with multiple teams from a variety of functions including tech, product, design and operations teams to prioritize and launch new features or enhancements

- Define, measure and monitor key metrics and use the same to drive the customer experience roadmap

Qualifications :

- Evidence of customer obsession and innovation in high-growth companies from ecommerce/fintech - specifically digital lending domains

- Demonstrated ability to plan strategically and execute tactically when required

- The ability to formulate data-driven and result-oriented decisions.

- Ability to prioritize in an ambiguous environment.

- 2 years+ experience of product management/consulting/marketing highly preferred

- Exceptional interpersonal, communication (spoken and written) and influencing skills and an ability to navigate a complex and unstructured cross-functional environment.

- MBA from a premier Indian or international business school preferred
