FindURClass - Online Product Manager

The applicant must be able to envision & evangelize our website as a product, and execute improvements and enhancements based on the analysis-

It includes the following tasks:

- Website Functionality Analysis: Coordinating with the IT and technology team to help create and modify the website features at regular intervals

- Back-end Specs Documentation: Develop technical product specifications for the architecture of underlying platform components, for better coordination with IT & Technology back-end team

- User Experience Analysis: Analyzing the website on a granular level through a proper understanding of different users of varying demographics; reporting the analysis; and suggesting optimizations based on the analysis

- UI/UX Analysis: Analyze Website UI based on defined metrics; create mockups/UX prototype; and partner with designers for final user interface-

- Defining success metrics for the online product: Analyzing the website through all possible parameters and creating the metrics to define success and failure of each feature/specification on all parameters (customer experience, vendor experience, and others)

- Statistics Reporting: Research & analyze data, and create reports for business growth using analyzed data gathered through multiple sources; quantitative analysis of market trends and statistics- Use of Analytics Tools, Excel tools, and MySQL for the same.

- Competitive study for features: Conduct quantitative micro-level competitive analysis regularly and identify areas for differentiation

- Execution of Enhancements: Identify opportunities for improvement based on analysis and studies, and incorporate new product features on an ongoing basis- Initiate and prioritize micro-projects on a regular basis in coordination with IT and Technology team, track product/feature development, and launch them on time-

Special Skill sets needed:

- Specialist: Experience in Search and Aggregation/Listing type websites

- Attention to Detail: A meticulous individual with sharp eye for precision

- Passionate about technology: Basic experience with web related technologies and back-end functionality

- Good eye for UI: Basic experience with front end designing of website

- Familiarity with creating personalized web spaces based on user experience

- At least 2 yr experience with analysis & management of a web product

- Proficient in Excel based Database Queries & Filters

- Expert in A/B Testing and using analytics
