Your Role in Our Journey :

If you have a deep understanding of collections and recoveries and are looking forward to building the collections team in the early stages of an organizations, we have something that will excite you. We're looking for an ambitious and versatile Collections Expert who will develop and manage our collections approach and activities across channels.

Key Responsibilities:

- Managing and monitoring delinquent account collection for the assigned portfolio

- Developing and Managing the in-house and vendor teams for both tele-calling and field collections

- Managing collections activities on a timely basis

- Preparing MIS reports to create visbility to all teams

- Defining the parameters for evaluating and reviewing collections activities and implementing corrective actions.

- Formulating various processes to ensure collections resolution and ensuring good customer experience and compliance.

Requirements :

- In-Depth Knowledge of Unsecured Loans Collections

- 4+ Years of Experience in Managing and Interacting with in-house and vendor teams

- Good communication and reporting skills

- High level of Agility, Self Drive and Enthusiasm.

- Strong inter-personal skills and decision making skills
