Job description:

- Preparation of materials used in the financing of clients, including investment memoranda, management presentations and pitchbooks.

- Development of various types of financial models to value debt and capital raising transactions.

- Perform due diligence, research, analysis, and documentation of live transactions.

- Create presentations for client portfolios.

- Develop relationships with new and existing clients in order to expand the business.

Candidate requirement:

- MBA from reputed institute

- Willing to be based out of Bangalore office and travel Pan-India as and when required

- Entrepreneurial mindset to work with various set of clients

- Affinity for current events, critical issues, and relevant news.
