About the Position

You'll be an integral part of the Fincity in-house creative agency, acting as a brand custodian of the Fincity visual brand, as well as leading art direction for advertising and branding efforts for Fincity's external clients. If you are keen on taking on a lead role in branding and advertising across digital, social and offline media, this may be a great opportunity for you.

As a Design Lead/Art Director, you will:

- Direct and organize the entirety of Fincity's visual and design requirements, including branding, advertising and development of offline and digital/social communications and marketing collateral.

- Maintain Fincity's visual identity as well as continuously improve and update the brand style guidelines for use across various media.

- Work closely with the Creative Director to deliver creative advertising and marketing communication campaigns and cross-channel design solutions for Fincity clients.

- Manage and direct internal and external design resources including graphic designers, illustrators, animators and photographers.

- Lead brainstorming sessions, pitch new visual ideas and proactively suggest and showcase design concepts and strategies.

- Collaborate with creative, business, and marketing teams to provide impactful communications that solve business goals.

Key Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in digital, social and offline design and art direction at advertising agencies.

- Experience with wide range of media, including offline, digital, video, web, and popular social media networks including Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter.

- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and campaign work.

- Experience in illustration, animation and photography a plus.
