Key Responsibilities:
1. Perform system administration functions to ensure that TM1 is meeting business requirements in addition to partner with global finance teams to maximize the benefits of McCormick's financial systems. Examples may include forecast preparation; data validation; process documentation.
2. Actively participate in initiatives to improve the systems or accompanying processes, researching new features and functionality. During such projects, formulate systems scope, estimates, and objectives relative to business needs and project requirements, considering application of industry best practices and new technologies. Delivery of agreed system changes, with initial scope and validation of change design to meets the business needs whilst considering implications associated with the change request.
3. Business Relationship Management - Assist with the creation and delivery of training programs and user groups issue investigation and resolution. Work closely with system users to answer questions, share knowledge, and proliferate best practices. Research and respond to user questions and concerns about the system.
Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, including Tax (Business or Accounting) or BA/BSc - Computer Science, Information Systems. May consider 10+ years in lieu of degree.
Desired Candidate Profile:
1. 6+ years of experience in TM1 Finance Software
2. Experience with Planning and Consolidation tools such as TM1 and HFM, and high degree of proficiency with Excel and other MS-Office tools with an eagerness to learn new technologies.
