RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Develop a robust professional hiring strategy and manage direct and cross functional resources to achieve business success

- Ensure understanding of the business and talent needs to set strategy, drive innovative sourcing approaches, ensure top notch candidate experience and recruiting yields

- Dive into data and analytics to glean Recruiting insights and learnings and modify approach as needed real time

- Leverage deep recruiting knowledge to develop plans to attract top talent

- Fulfill company Diversity & Inclusion priorities and ensure hiring managers and recruiters are driving top talent

- Plan and develop a strategic approach and initiatives to meet the recruitment targets-

- Partner closely with business leaders to understand their business strategy and talent mapping across professional hiring

- Proactively lead and manage any change management projects within recruitment related to Technology/ Processes

- Achieve exceptional levels of client and partner satisfaction and serve as the face of recruiting to ensure client oriented recruiting experience and process

- Provide direction and consultation to the management team on strategic and emerging staffing trends

- Strong partner with community groups, local organizations, associations to drive proactive pipeline of top talent to the bank

- Exercise cost saving strategies and deliver to recruiting budgets along with ensuring strong recruitment compliance

- Manage/build/develop a team of high performing recruiters

- Participate in related programs and process improvement projects as a talent consultant to build and deliver best-in-class Talent Acquisition services

- Develop creative approaches to ensure focus on internal mobility for current employees and maintain a quarterly event/program to drive awareness of career opportunities

- Build high trust relationships with internal and external clients and partners

- Maintain integrity and upkeep of functional recruiting systems and processes while supporting new tools and efficiency opportunities

Generalist

- Strong exposure to Compensation and benefits management as well as HR operational management

- Aid implementation of devised HR strategies, initiatives and organizational interventions in respective business units

- Establish an Employee Relations Policy for the company

- Establish a framework for implementation employee relations across divisions

- Managing timely employee life-cycle processes for all divisions - including recruitment, training, performance management.

- Implementing new HR policies, procedures and processes as per the changes in the organization to meet changing business requirements

- Ensuring all company policies and procedures are up to date in line with current employment laws and ensuring line managers are up to date with changes to any policies

- Oversee and monitor strategic training and organizational development plans; recommend and implement improvements and new programs as necessary

- Develop and implement employee incentive and recognition programs including bonus programs; recommend and implement improvements as necessary

- Utilize strategic workforce planning to forecast and plan for talent mobility and create pipelines of talent

- Develop and implement employee opinion surveys, evaluate results, and develop solutions.

- Oversee and monitor the company-wide performance evaluation system; recommend and implement improvements as necessary

- Serve as the service point of contact for employment relations, and deal with grievances and violations involving disciplinary action whenever required

- Provide operational support to ensure employee life cycle experience is exceptional-

- Review current Human Resource policies and practices across all functions and departments and streamlining them for effective functioning of the HR department-

- Implementation of Succession Planning and Career Development actions plans-

- Track and analyze talent acquisition metrics to monitor and improve performance

- Ensure a highly engaged and skilled work force through imparting behavioral and functional training interventions

- Ensure compliance with audit, regulatory and legal requirements

QUALIFICATIONS :

- 14+ years of recruiting experience managing in-house talent acquisition team with demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition and talent management

- Ability to develop results-driven recruiting strategies for sourcing, evaluation and selection of talent

- Demonstrated success in managing and collaborating with teams (direct and indirect) and drive projects to deliver results under tight deadlines in a matrix organization

- Ability to coach and mentor his/her team

- Proven expertise in customer relationship management

- Strong consultative skills

- Possess sound business ethics and show consistency between principles, values and behaviors Ability to drive execution of the HR strategy, the HR portfolio (e.g. Total Rewards, Performance
