Product Marketing Manager : 

We are looking for a marketer who is a self-starter and passionate about creating a global product brand. This is a hands-on role which requires you to roll up your sleeves and define as well as execute the marketing strategy for key FSS Products

Work Profile : 

- Aid with comprehensive product marketing plans for key markets, Drive and execute the GTM strategies laid out for solutions to generate demand in the market and convert them to marketing qualified leads

- Undertake market research and SWOT analysis for products

- Develop thought leadership to enhance brand visibility

- Analyze market trends and customer pain points to craft a unique and compelling value proposition for FSS solutions in the financial services domain. Liaise and collaborate with Product management, Presales, Sales to arrive at the positioning and messaging for different solutions

- Enable Sales - Create content assets like presentations, brochures, campaign messages, videos, social and web content to drive multi-channel marketing programs as well as enable market-facing teams.

- Manage Vendors - Liaise with external vendors as and when necessary.

- Work with analyst relations team to improve mindshare and ensure appropriate ratings for FSS solutions in key reports

- Collaborate with digital marketing team to design outreach programs and maximize market coverage and outcomes.

- Support client facing teams with pitch presentations and account-based marketing efforts

Core Skills : 

- MBA in strategy or marketing from a reputed institution

- Prior work experience is desirable

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Exceptional capabilities to source and analyze data to identify potential opportunities in the market.

- Excellent people and management skills to interact and collaborate with colleagues within team, cross-functional teams and third parties to achieve end goal. Should be a team player.

- Proven analytical thinking, strong project management skills, attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills are - essential

- Ability to think strategically and tactically, with excellent attention to detail
