- Since we are hiring a financial analyst, the candidate should have an industry focus on banking or insurance

- Primary skills is secondary research and they should have an expertise in the banking/insurance segment

- The candidate should be able to read the balance sheet, annual reports etc, should have a decent knowledge on the finance front, the candidate should be able to ratio analysis and financial analysis.
