Financial Services Consultant
Key responsibilities of the role may include :
- Interface with client teams (global and local) to identify improvement opportunities in client businesses
- Strengthen offerings - development of collateral, methodology refinements, frameworks, leading practices updates and trends tracking, create and support proposals incorporating value proposition
- Define new solution offers for FS clients globally in sales and service areas which would help them leverage/integrate/enhance emerging digital capabilities (online, social and mobile)
- Be responsible for client delivery- integrate with global teams, identify project roles and be part of delivery teams
- Perform Business Process Improvement using various business consulting tools and methodologies
- Work with cross-functional client teams to perform gap analysis and identify improvement options
- Create detailed action plans that include organizational change management, resource planning, competitive strategies, and alliances to embark on a new strategic direction and to enable successful deployment of solutions.
Requirements:
- 1-8 years of experience with leading consulting firms with a prior stint in FS Industry is preferred
- Industry expertise- Candidates with strong industry experience in Banking, Insurance or Capital markets. Candidate with cross-industry exposure preferred
- Should have worked on Operating model and Strategy engagements, Business case development, Financial modeling in following industry domain areas :
- Digital strategy and implementation
- Digital Marketing
- Distribution and Sales models
- Channel Management
- Product Management
- Customer Experience design and delivery
- Customer Segmentation
- Customer Service Management
- Marketing and campaigns - design and optimization
- CRM Strategy and implementation
- Omni-channel architecture and design
- M-payments
- Digital content management
- Sales productivity management
- Salesforce.com product and implementation
- Candidates are required to have good mix and exposure to Operations and Technology (operations, technology, front office, back office)
- Should have a good knowledge of Customer Relationship Management aspects in Marketing Sales and Service functions and be abreast with the latest industry and technology trends
- The candidate should have a good understanding of the various challenges, business and technology imperatives in New customer models, Omni-channel distribution and marketing space
- Exceptional Microsoft office (excel and power-point) skills and presentation skills
Key Competencies and Characteristics :
- Strong customer awareness with ability to manage customer expectation
- Good understanding of emerging digital landscape including applications, platforms.
Qualification : Should hold a Professional or a Management degree from Tier 1 College.
