Financial Reporting Role - Insurance - CA

Financial Reporting (Insurance Industry) - (2+ Years) - Gurugram

Looking for a CA Qualified with at least 2 years of experience in Financial Reporting (Life Insurance Industry). Having good knowledge of IND AS, IGAAP, Companies Act, SEBI and IRDAI IGAAP regulations.

Location : Gurgaon

Responsibilities :

1. Preparing of IND AS based financial, IGAAP financial and NTA for the company and for holding company for consolidation of results and for submission under SEBI requirement

2. Preparing MIS, Flash and forecast, Opex and Balance sheet analysis, Actual Vs budget walk, Profit walk etc.

3. Leading the audit part (Statutory audits, Internal Audit) and a complete audit management.

4. Internal Financial Controls (IFC) maintenance at company level.

5. Ensuring sufficient controls (ICFR) are put in place and are tested on periodic basis.

6. Ensuring compliance with accounting standards, SEBI, the Companies Act 2013, and the IRDAI regulations.

7. Regulatory reporting (Preparation of reports for submission to IRDAI/Life counsel, providing information/details required by IRDAI/Life counsel etc. & BAP Reporting)

Requirements:

1. Chartered Accountant - 2- 4 years qualified experience

2. Proficiency on working in MS - Office (Good on Excel & Power Point) and Oracle financials

3. Good knowledge of IND AS, Accounting practices and standards, Companies Act, SEBI and IRDAI.

4. Knowledge of automation tool and techniques for finance function

5. Communication Skills, Discussion and coordination with Cross functional team

6. Life Insurance experience in Financial Reporting
