Financial Reporting Role - CA

Career Opportunity with an investment company

- Ensure timely and accurate closure of books of accounts.

- Prepare Standalone and consolidated financials of the company.

- Compile monthly MIS data from other divisions / companies and make management presentations.

- Monthly variance analysis for both PL and balance sheet.

- Ensuring compliance with accounting standards - Ind-AS

- Verification of payments / receipts in accounting system

- Preparation of Annual Budgets and strict monitoring the variances.

- Handling Financial Planning, Budgeting, Analysis, Forecasting, etc.

- Finalization of Accounts in coordination with divisions and subsidiaries of the company

- Preparation of monthly / annual cash flow statements

- Coordinate with Internal auditors / Tax auditors / Statutory auditors and completion of the audit schedule as per the timelines.

- Adherence to internal controls and close monitoring

- Ensure reporting of various statutory compliances to statutory bodies.

- Assist in cross functional support as needed

- Ability to be very "hands on" and comfortable taking direct responsibility for deliverables

- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented and collaborative environment

- Ability to multi-task, particularly during the month end process
