Financial Reporting Role - CA

BNC is hiring for financial reporting role for once of its leading clients for Delhi (Connaught Place) location

1. Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements as per Group Calender

2. Analysis of variances in month end reportings

3. Prepare and publish timely monthly MIS with detailed commentary

4. Prepare and publish timely quarterly/yearly Board presentation

5. Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting and Group reporting

6. Collaborate with external auditors, Internal auditors, cost auditors.

7. Preparation of Management reporting

8. Preparation and monitoring of monthly cash flow and alignment of requirements with Treasury

9. Hands on experience in preparation of financial statements

10. Ensure Monthly Closing Activities

11. Preparation of consolidated financials

12. Ensure proper intercompany eliminations

13. Ensure closing of General Ledger Accounting

Desired Candidate Profile

1. CA with 2 years of experience in preparing standalone and consolidated financial statements under IndAS and IFRS

2. Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures

3. Excellent accounting software user and administration skills , Knowledge of SEBI LODR norms, IndAS and Companies Act in financial reporting
