Financial reporting Lead
Book closure -
- To ensure Closing Calendar is compliance by all the Finance team members.
- To co-ordinate with all team members for completing the activity within timelines defined in checklist.
- To ensure that Quality of the books closure basis task performed by each team member is ensured so BS and PL accuracy is ensured.
Provisioning Process:
- To ensure that provision workings across all segments are prepared by concern team members and adequacy of provision is ensured at the time of book closure.
- Open PO commitments inputs are arranged.
- Legal cases status for contingent liabilities.
Segment Reporting Accuracy:
- To ensure that all entries are coming segment wise in ERP to ensure segment reporting working file.
- To share Capital employed and working capital schedules segment wise.
Fixed Asset Register:
- To ensure Fixed Asset Register updates. Depreciation run, Sale of asset, PPE Additions and Physical Verification of assets as per plan.
