Financial Reporting Lead

Experience:

- CA with 4-7 years of preparation of standalone and consolidated financial statements under IndAS and IFRS;

- Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures

- Excellent accounting software user and administration skills

- Knowledge of SEBI LODR norms, IndAS and Companies Act in financial reporting

- Hands on experience of FICO Module in S4 Hana

Role:

- Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements as per Group Calender

- Analysis of variances in month end reportings

- Prepare and publish timely monthly MIS with detailed commentary

- Prepare and publish timely quarterly/yearly Board presentation

- Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting and Group reporting

- Collaborate with external auditors, Internal auditors, cost auditors.

- Preparation of Management reporting

- Preparation and monitoring of monthly cash flow and alignment of requirements with Treasury

- Hands on experience in preparation of financial statements

- Ensure Monthly Closing Activities

- Preparation of consolidated financials

- Ensure proper intercompany eliminations

- Ensure closing of General Ledger Accounting
