Financial Reporting Lead

1. Manage the preparation and distribution of internal financial statements and reports, maintaining the highest quality, reliability and accuracy.

2. Managing the corporate financial reporting process, including preparation of consolidated financial statements and quarterly reports to the board and other stakeholders

3. Helping to develop and maintain accounting policies

4. Leading financial reporting projects, such as the development of the Accounting Manual, Integrity of Balance Sheet, etc

5. Manage monthly closing processes, including reconciliations and analysis of related accounts.

6. Coordinate the Company's annual audit with the independent auditors.

7. Maintain and strengthen internal controls over financial reporting.
