Financial Reporting & Consolidation We have job opening with multiple companies for role in financial consolidation using IFRS and IND-AS. Qualification: CA Only Role : 1) Assist in quarterly and annual reporting 2) Responsible for all the consolidation accounting adjustments at group level. 3) Assist in accounting closure of one off transactions - Business Combination, Impairment testing, Bond issuance, Merger/demerger, hedge accounting, etc 4) Responsible for implementation of other accounting and reporting changes: Transition to Ind-AS, New IFRS standards, Companies Act, etc. 5) Responsible for handling of audit (Quarterly + Annual) of the consolidated and standalone financial statements. 6) Compliance to new and existing accounting pronouncements under IFRS. 7) Good Exp in IFRS
