- Establish benchmarks/KPIs for marketing opex

- VTM profitability

- Postpaid profitability

- Partner functions to trace WOW into P&L benefits

Competition benchmarking :

- One pager on competition benchmarking

- Single deck for all competition info

- At least 1 market visit / quarter to gain the insights

Monthly forecasting & Reporting:

- Ensuring Compliances for IR Reporting

- Providing data projections for PACO provisioning

- TRAI Reporting
