Financial Planning/Reporting Role - NBFC

- Preparation of Monthly Performance report for the top management

- Preparation of Quarterly performance report for the board

- Preparing the annual budget- Financial- Profitability planning

- Variance Analysis of the Budget vs Actuals

- Preparing segment level profitability

- Interaction with the field on cost control & giving various input for the field in improving profitability.

- TM level P&L

- Monthly analysis on current problematic areas

Job Requirements :

MBA (Finance), B.Com 3+ years Exp in business planning

Competencies :

- Strong knowledge in presentations & MS Excel

- Good organizational skills: ability to prioritize, follow up and multi-task

- Excellent communication and computer proficiency experience in bank or nbfc

Salary Offered : 8-10 LPA
