The principal activities of the subsidiaries are mainly those of a provider of port and marine services.

Key Skills/Experience the Candidate Should Possess:

Mandatory Skills

1. Exp in Financial Modeling

2. Hands on Exp in Excel

3. Exp in Big 4 Consulting Firms either in a Management Consulting Role or Corporate Finance OR Exp with an Investment Bank working on M&A /Private Equity Deals OR Corporate Finance Division of a MNC

4. Excellent Communication Skills

5. Excellent Presentation Skills

6. Excellent Interpersonal Skills

7. Self Driven Attitude

8. Should be able to speak in English & preferably Tamil

Role & Responsibilities:

1. Assist Head Finance in analyzing & monitoring financial activities of the Company

2. Will be responsible for Ensuring timely completion of MIS Reports of the Company

3. Will be responsible for Consolidating MIS Reports of the Company & Presenting Analysis of the Same to the Management

4. Will be responsible for Understanding business & giving Strategic Inputs for Improvement of the same

5. Will be responsible for liasoning with Banks/Financial Institutions for Fund Raising & Compliances

6. Will be responsible for supporting the Head Finance in all Finance Related Functions

It is very important that the person should be comfortable in Speaking & understanding of Tamil Language.
