Financial Planning Analyst - IT - IIT/IIM

Position Title: Financial Planning Analyst

Reporting Manager: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Experience Required: Minimum 3 years

Job Location: Gurgaon (5 days a week from office)

Qualifications: Candidates must have graduated from either IITs or IIMs.

Responsibilities:

- Analyze business financial data to provide insights and support decision-making processes.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain financial forecasts, budgets, and plans.

- Conduct financial modeling and scenario analysis to assess various business strategies and initiatives.

- Prepare presentations and reports for CXOs, investors, and the board, providing comprehensive financial analysis and recommendations.

- Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.

- Engage independently with CXOs, investors, and board members to discuss financial strategies and performance.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

- Strong proficiency in business financial analysis and reporting.

- Previous experience working in mid-sized organizations is preferred.

- Ability to work autonomously in an individual contributor role.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders.

- Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques.

- Candidates must have graduated from either IITs or IIMs.
