Financial Planning & Analysis Role - Variance Analysis/Budgeting - CA

You will be responsible for providing: -

- Provide reporting & Insights into key performance indicators such as revenues, flows, balances, headcount & expense, or profitability, where you will be expected to deliver value-added financial reporting and analysis and assist with strategic decision making.

- Provide leadership and interact regularly with line of business CFOs and the business.

- Manage a team of Analyst and Associate, in which help in their prioritization, stakeholder management and career management

- Prepare ad-hoc analysis for management meetings and strategic reviews (e.g., Operating Committee Review, Regional Business and Finance Townhall, Investor Day, etc.)

- Participate in annual planning / forecasting process for revenues, flows and balances which involves financial modeling, coordinating, and consolidating submissions from CFO teams as well as preparing management presentations

- Developing and tracking performance metrics, creating presentations, and generally providing financial analysis on a variety of topics to senior management

- Helping design new reports and dashboards to efficiently deliver the financial results to senior management

- Enhancing controls and streamlining processes, introducing automation where possible

- Work with various Essbase and database interfaces to manage reporting changes

- Contribute ideas around improving reporting capabilities and new projects.
