Financial Planning & Analysis Role - Real Estate Sector

- Be a founding member of a new small team focused on FPA reporting for Real Estate Funds.

- Analyzing financial and operational results of the RE business to better understand performance.

- Creating financial models to project long term growth & determine the impacting business factors.

- Provide detailed analysis and commentary on RE BU results.

- Comparing and evaluating previous budgets and forecasts, and performing variance analysis to explain differences in performance and make improvements going forward.

- Liaising with senior management to prepare the business's financial and strategic plans.

- Understand waterfall and promote concepts.

- Initially, work with and liaise with internal resources (primarily colleagues in the U.S.) and external property JV partners.

- Prepare and assist with ad-hoc business reporting, analysis and front-office requests, working in conjunction with colleagues in Los Angeles to ensure timely response to the business.

- Actively work on continuous improvement as we work to build out.
