Financial Planning & Analysis Role - Real Estate & Hospitality

We are looking candidate for Financial Planning & Analysis for leading UAE based organization.

Candidate must have strong into Real Estate/Hospitality industry background.

Must have experience in Financial Modelling, Forecasting, Budgeting, Competitive Intelligence

CA/MBA finance Qualified

4-8 Years Experience

1. Building and maintaining detailed financial models including revenue and cash-flow projections, segment analysis, valuations, and scenario analysis

2. Identifying and researching on investors and potential clients

3. Preparing pitchbooks/presentations and other collateral

4. Financial modelling and valuation analysis for transactions

5. Competitive benchmarking and preparation of market comps

6. Market/industry research with impact of change in regulatory and business environment

7. Maintaining data-base of the potential targets / prospects for showing them various ideas / options / prospects for deal sourcing

8. Assist in executing syndication deals originated by senior team members

9. Analyzing, investigating and explaining key movements and trends in P&L lines

10. Preparation of monthly financial metrics and key business drivers specific to different products

11. Reviewing processes and suggesting/ implementing improvements & changes in the current procedures.

12. Review key business metrics and trends on a daily / weekly basis, and ensure alignment with the business targets

13. Lead strategic projects to drive profitability. Manage projects involving multiple teams, ensuring alignment to overall objectives and project timelines

14. Create and review quarterly forecasts and annual financial plans, including reporting & analysis to analyse changes against given baselines
