- Supporting Finance department in evaluating existing projects
- Assist with the preparation of budgets
- Preparation of presentation decks for our partners and developers.
- Evaluation and Excel modeling of investment opportunities across real estate sectors.
- Preparation and review of market studies from third parties.
- Undertake due diligence on potential acquisitions, producing deal business plans, and investor presentations.
- Advanced financial modeling is critical to success - candidates must be able to build models from scratch.
- Modify investment models with full capital stack (debt & equity) and cash cascades/waterfalls for investment and debt reporting.
- Provide analysis of development and investment appraisals, including inputs and assumptions, and outputs.
- Calculation and analysis of project and investment IRR, Cash-on-Cash, WACC, Yield, Cap Rates, profit on cost, and debt.
- Analyze risk and opportunities;
- Regular monitoring of project progress and handling any issues that may arise.
- Act as a point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
- Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance reviews.
- Assistance with Ad hoc queries/requests.
