Responsibilities of the mentioned role include working closely with local and global divisions within and outside India Legal around multiple areas including
- Strategic Initiatives
- Financial Planning & Analysis
- Headcount Control
- Billing
- Financial Reporting
- Budgeting
- Projects and Program Management
- Transitions Management
- Overall administrative responsibilities like infrastructure management, procurement, communication / branding, business continuity and planning, training management etc.
Key Skills:
Graduate with minimum 2 years of work experience
Sound experience in Financial Planning and Analysis
Excellent project / program management and analytical skills
Strong strategic thinking ability
Exposure to various administrative responsibilities within CAO organization
Advanced level proficiency on MS Excel, PowerPoint etc.
Excellent problem solving, conflict resolution skills
Ability to work in Cross Functional teams, across multiple locations & cultures
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks under tight timelines
Self-motivated, initiative, and positive personality
Highly energetic and have ability to energize others
Capability of thinking 'Outside The Box' with a view to improve processes
