Hiring for FPA Manager for IT Company

Job Location- Gurugram

Experience- 5-10 Years

Notice Period - Immediate to 15 Days

Qualification - MBA(Tier 1/Tier2 College)

Requirements :

- Relevant FP&A experience in Financial Reporting, Financial Analysis, Budgeting, Planning, Forecasting, and Financial Reporting.

- Significant analytical skillset and quantitative abilities, including the utilisation of BI and reporting tools

- Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices

- Mandatory: Hands on experience with Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and other MS office tools

- Should be able to work independently without supervision

- Strong influencing, communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to drive cross functional discussions independently

- Should have worked on an ERP (Experience on using Zoho is desirable but not mandatory)

- MBA Finance / CA in the relevant domain
