We have an urgent role with a Leading Consumer Goods MNC based at Gurgaon

Role : Financial Planning & Analysis

Reporting To : CFO

Qualification : CA/ICWA

Profile :

Financial Planning and Analysis :

- Coordinate the preparation and monitoring of budgets

- Submit regular financial reports including monthly profit and loss , Actual vs. Budget, variance analysis on Product Cost etc.

- Perform thorough analysis of financial results, (level of profitability, appropriateness of costs incurred, adequacy of the pricing structure of products manufactured and services rendered).

- Prepare financial business plans and feasibility studies

- AOP

- Establish departmental guidelines and Policies to support period transactional cut offs.

- Preparation of Variance analysis of monthly results and presenting it to the management financial controls, compliance, forecasting, budgeting and process

- Group reporting

- Perform cost accumulation tasks.

- Focus on planning issues around the Annual Operating Plan. Provide recommendations to management.

- Manage the preparation of all reports related to new business opportunities; analyze significant variances from planned or forecasted results and provide interpretative comments and recommendations to senior management.

- Analyze product pricing to determine profitability; recommend adjustments.

- Work closely with Mkt/Sales/Commercial team to understand the business reasons for variances and drive action plan for the mitigation and achievement of financial deliverables.
