Financial Planning & Analysis Role - BFSI/NBFC

Purpose of the Job :

Responsible for Budgeting, Analysis and Monitoring the actual performance of financial services business.

Role reports - AVP Finance

Preferred Qualifications - CA/ MBA Finance with 3-5+ years of experience

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Prepare and publish timely monthly financial results, quarterly deck

- Coordinate with business teams and update the budget and financial forecasts

- Provide data inputs to address Investor / analyst queries relating to the Financial Services business

- Regular interaction with business teams on ongoing basis for information, variances with budgets, etc.

- Work closely with Senior management on ad hoc projects

- Continually seeking to improve productivity and efficiency through the development of processes and controls, apart from automation initiatives

- Candidates with Financial Services background and prior Big 4 experience preferred

- Candidates with FP&A background preferred

- High attention to detail

- Strong written and verbal communication skills for engaging with business partners and ensuring processes are being followed

- SAP Cost centre and profit centre reporting knowledge preferred

- Knowledge of Advanced Excel, Power BI would be an added advantage

- Good team player, proactive and result-oriented
